They ought to sell stamps such as this.
Think of the uses! Paying bills. Mailing off alimony checks.
And think of how many people would send off letters to politicians if there were suitable stamps for expressing one’s opinion of them!
Why, a stamp such as this one could double or triple the mail to Congress, not to mention state legislatures!
