TICK SEASON…
“Okay, read all these remarks from the CDC below and then head out to get something. This is no joke, being bitten by these critters.
“Also, buy a Lint roller to roll off your clothes, hair and your animals.
“Don’t let your animals sleep on your bed during this season as if you miss these creepy crawlers on them they’ll find you!! Also, there are new ticks and the one I missed on my dog could have killed him had I not had a blood test done on him and it was 2 weeks of antibiotics. I have blood tests done at the end of August or September not at the beginning of the season. I also clip Sammy down to a very short hair cut so it’s easy to find the little devils.
“And…..you can try your mosquito repellent on your animal. Just suggestions….but it’s what I do at my cabin in northern Wisconsin and this year, because of all the snow, the ticks DID NOT DIE OFF. THEY STAYED WARM, COZY AND BREEDING.
